Worship Life Director

Employment: 30 Hours
Education: Bachelors degree in worship or music or formal worship ministry training is preferred
Pay: $20,000 + $300/month housing subsidy

The Covenant Church of Bemidji, located in North Central Minnesota, is a vibrant congregation with an average Sunday attendance of approximately 600 looking for a trained and inspiring individual with prior experience in congregational leadership to serve as the Worship Life Director for both our contemporary and traditional worship services. This position includes planning worship, developing teams & individuals, and leading the congregation both vocally and instrumentally. This position will be classified as an internship, will begin as soon as possible, and will last up to 12 months with the opportunity to renew. Worship leaders with sufficient training, a mature heart for leading worship, and the ability to work in both contemporary and traditional contexts are encouraged to apply.
