The Council is the governing body of the Evangelical Covenant Church. The council has regular meetings the third Monday each month at 6:30. Voting members of the Council are elected for two year terms at the annual meeting of the Evangelical Covenant Church which is held in July. Elected Council members oversee specific areas of ministry in consultation with one or more members of the pastoral staff. Ministry areas and leaders are:
