Small Groups: Touching Your Heat, Impacting Your Home

Building Community Through Small Groups

Common Interest Groups

These groups are built around common interests.  Sharing common interests with others is a lot of fun!  Some examples of common interests are camping, scrap-booking, hunting, quilting, serving at the soup kitchen, game nights, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, fishing, work projects, etc.  What are your interests?  Sharing common interests builds memories and friendships for a lifetime!

Care Groups

At every stage we need loving support from others. There are times when we need encouragement from those who understand.  The opportunity to share with others of like experience brings great encouragement and hope.  Life experiences may include singleness, marriage, parenting, single parenting, blended family, empty-nest, aging, etc.  These small groups are built around caring for those who share a common experience in life.

Growth Groups

In this type of small group experience, grow closer to God and others as you study the Bible together.  Study a book of the Bible or choose a topical study such as: parenting young children/teenagers, finances, or generational issues.  Discover new insights and build a strong sense of community by praying and studying the word of God with friends!
