THE PRAYERS OF PAUL: PART 2
Sundays, 9-10:15 a.m.
This class will study all the prayers of Paul which he wrote in his letters to the churches. We will study them by a didactic method, discovering the original Greek meanings of the words he used in his prayers, identifying who Paul was praying for, discussing why Paul prayed about these topics, and finding why those prayers are valuable for our own prayer growth. Use of Greek/English dictionaries and Bible scholar commentaries are encouraged. The goal of this class will be to grow in our own prayer lives by using these prayers as models to lead us in the right direction as to the content of our prayers. This class is a continuation from the fall.

SHEPARDING A CHILD’S HEART
Wednesdays, 6:30-8 p.m.
“Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. ‘Honor your father and mother’ which is the first commandment with a promise, “that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” (Ephesians 6:1-3) God’s Word calls us to move beyond parenting through behavior modification skills. Our parental responsibility, in accordance with Scripture, is to shepherd our children’s hearts so that one day they will transition from obeying their parents to obeying their Lord! This video series, along with scripture based discussion, will equip parents with the tools they need to raise godly children.
